Review - They are very friendly and have great service. I have brought my car there a few times last minute and they have serviced it that same day. Meer and his employees are wonderful to work with. I would recommend this garage to anyone!

Review - I would like to counter the negative comments concerning honest work. I had my timing belt and brakes replaced at Willow instead of Acura. I saved almost 25% off what Acura wanted to charge. The work was done well and have had no issues since. They always offer options that are generally 25-40% less than a dealership. customer service could use some work but otherwise a good job.

Review - This place seems to do good work but they will nickel-and-dime you with unauthorized items on the invoice. For example, they will add a chassis lubrication and fill all fluids even if you don't ask for it, so you'll end up spending another $10 to $30 on any service you do. READ YOUR BILL and don't agree to pay until you've seen EXACTLY what they say they have done to the car. If you didn't authorize it, don't pay for it. Better yet, if you don't want it done, tell them ahead of time. Otherwise, this place has quality mechanics.

Review - I am a BMW snob and I have never trusted my car with any place aside from dealership. That changed a few weeks ago when a friend recommended Willow's Sunoco to me.

The team at Willow's Sunoco did an EXCELLENT job fixing my car for a 1/3 of what I would have paid at a BMW dealership. I know because there was a list of things the dealership wanted me to do and I had the paper with the prices on it. I rejected the dealerships rip-off tactics and decided against them. Instead, I got it done here.

I realize there are many of us who maybe skeptical of taking our cars to a local mechanic - I am too. But this is no ordinary shop, they are fantastic. I would DEFINITELY go back there again.

Review - The owner, Meer, is a good guy and his team does good work. As with almost any shop, there is some sticker shock. His problem is the place he gets parts from seems to always sell at MSRP so, of course, he passes that on to the customer as is normal. A second problem is time. I once had my car there for 3 days. HOWEVER, the work was done EXCELLENTLY and I never felt pressured to do one thing or another. They told me what was what and I never let on that I knew about cars, but I knew a good deal before I went in and they handled it just about how I had felt about it. Honest dudes...

Review - I took my car to them for an oil change and asked them to check it out as I was taking it on a long trip. They said it need 4 new brakes (25% left on them). I had new brakes installed a year ago so was skeptical. Took car to Nissan dealer and they said I had 80% left on the brakes. They tried to rip me off to the tune of $800. Beware of this place.

Review - They do good work but overcharge, in my opinion. For example once a couple years ago I brought my car in for maintenance and they told me I needed a new timing belt, but I had just had a new belt put in about 15,000 miles earlier. So either the previous mechanic was dishonest/incompetent or Willow Sunoco is dishonest, I'm not sure which.

I've been to Willow Sunoco other times , as I said they do good work but there's always sticker shock on the bill. So if you don't know anything about cars (like I don't), caveat emptor.

Review - Had my car towed here due to a dead alternator--had little choice other that to trust them. They charged me $310 for an alternator that in 2 minutes of calling I could get for $140 retail--same brand, warranty etc. I guess that's the culture of Hoboken--I was hoping for more.

Review - Fast and quality job with minor repair on my car. Personnel was friendly and professional. However, I didn't like it that they charged 1 hour labor for a 10 minute job.

Review - Meer and his team are the most honest mechanics I have met. He does not charge to check simple things like most shops and he does not charge you for anything without your consent.

The downside - he is very busy and has a small shop so you will have to wait, but when the bill comes you will be satisfied.

Review - The place where you can get the best service at reasonable rate . My car got failed in emission test , They charged $89 for the EGR Value replacement and $75 for the labour charges . My engine light is gone and car is running fine.

Review - I agree with the service, it is very good. I took my bmw in, and Meer fixed it up no problem - very reasonable rates. And it was done in 1 day. I was impressed, I'll definitely go back. Only problem is it's always crammed with cars - apparently the word is out...

Review - Like most of the reviews here, I concur that Meer is very honest, does good work, and charges a very reasonable price as compared to the alternatives around Hoboken. The work is a bit slow sometimes but it's really a case of being a victim of your own success. Lot's of people go to Meer and sometimes he has to work emergency service in with scheduled service. I take both of my cars there and have a Jeep and an Audi A8. I was hesitant to take the Audi there because it's a pretty complex car but he does as good a job as the dealership for about 1/3 the price.

Review - These guys do good work for a fair price. The only problem?... They often don't get the work done on time. When they say 1 day, they usually mean 2. If you drive to work, this can be a problem. Still, it's my go-to place for auto repair in Hoboken.

Review - THese guys do great work. I've had my audi in twice this summer and my girlfriend has had her Saab worked twice as well. Meer is the owner and speaks to you most of the time. He is very honest and will explain what he thinks should be done first and let's you decide. Good people, Great Service. Don't think it's get's any better in Hoboken! A+++

Review - What I like about these guys is that they will not do something that isn't necessary. Very honest in all respects. If you go in for an oil change and you don't need a new oil filter, they WILL tell you. I love that. I can just leave my car and say do whatever you have to do, and they will. Jeff
