Review - The guy who posted about getting charged $700 for not returning the boxes is a moron. It's not like it was a surprise that you had to return the box. Stop blaming everyone else for your dumb mistake, you lazy ass.

Review - Make damn sure you bring your boxes back to Cablevision because they WILL try and stick you for the whopping $350.00+ cost of replacing the boxes. We didn't have a car and arrainged with Cablevision to come out and pick up the boxes that they installed. They never came to get them, then the Hoboken branch of this company's customer service department told the apartment cleaners to 'just throw away the boxes' because they couldn't be used again- and stuck us with a bill for over $700.00.
It's very curious that my new cable television service(Cox cable) requires No boxes to operate. This is obviously an attempt to gouge customers for additional profit at the expense of consumer trust and loyalty.
