Review - Excellent Red Velvet cake, and very helpful and curteous staff. You can call one day before a party, and your cake is ready the next day. Everyone loved the red velvet cake and we finished every last crumb..Thank You!

Review - We order our staff birthday cakes from here almost every single month. Plus they were gernerous enough to donate a beautiful cookie tray as a raffle prize for our last program for breast cancer survivors. Thank you!

Review - I got to skip the outside line since I have a Hoboken ID..but there's still a line inside. I loved the black and white cake with chocolate fudge until..I tried the chocolate cake with chocolate fudge with the most amazing chocolate icing. I want more!

Review - Went of vacation to NYC, major site mission to see was Carlo's Bakery. Went early, no line. Got Lobster tails (LT), brownie, red velvet. Fell for the LT big time. Service was nice, but it was early and not crowded. Prices are up there due to the attraction of the place.

Review - Excellent tasting products; cannolis, choclate covered strawberries, italian pastries, strawberry shortcake, and cupcakes were all delicious. Speedy service despite tourists taking pictures and holding up the lines.

Review - Great pastries... But it would be nice if they used gloves or paper tissues to handle the food. Every time I go in there the employees handle money, then turn around and pick up the pastries/cookies/cakes with their bare hands. Pretty gross

They are also extremely overpirced, and do not offer parking. Yet there is a spot usualy available on court street. right behind the store)

Review - I have purchased their apple strudel several times and it has always been delicious. However, be prepared to pay for the quality. This bakery is a lot more expensive than the regular bakery department in a supermarket.
