Review - The owner of this store is extremely rude and condescending. I brought in my order and was told that I would have to pay extra just to see what a test page would look like. i didn't complain. I was then asked to sign a waiver, which said that if they messed up my order or if the paper got jammed, they would not be responsible and I would not be refunded. I refused to sign the waiver and he simply told me i didn't have to??? that easy? he then told me that a certain percentage of my order may not come out and he would not be responsible. I needed the order so I paid him and in the end, I got what i needed. I just had an awful exprience here and would not give him my business again.

Review - Recently, I had only 24 hours to turn an 8X11 caricature for my boss into a large canvas for a retirement gift. It was absolutely crucial that it be done within 24 hours and usually it took 2-3 days turnaround time. I can't tell you how helpful the staff was at Mimosa. They not only accomplished the project with graciousness and within 19 hours, but the end-product was gorgeous! Everyone was ranting and raving about the gift! They really made it happen for me and im so appreciative, I can't wait to go back with all of my personal picture projects later this week!

Review - I checked out this place for the first time recently and it was such a great place for one-stop shopping--especially if you don't know very much about digital photography but have one. We ended up spending hours in there, printing up months' worth of pictures (The machine is so easy to use it's fool-proof) and while we were there the clerk even took a look at our digital camera, figured out why all our pictures were so blurry (we had it on the wrong setting) and reset it for us so we finally (after a year and a half of owning the camera!) can take clearer pictures!!! Definitely a place to go if you take lots of digital pics and don't really know what to do with them.
