Review - This is incredible pizza, no doubt about it. One of the best pizzas I've ever had anywhere: fresh mozzarella, absolutely delicious sauce, fresh crust that's just the right texture and thickness, simple but quality toppings. The decor at the restaurant is nothing to get excited about - very basic but homey. With pizza this good, I wouldn't trust it to the delivery guy, it might be cold and soggy by the time you get it - I recommend either take-out or eating it there. Either way, you'll be very happy you did.

Review - I tried Grimaldi's the first week I moved to Hoboken, and I have not stopped going back. Pizza is excellent-light, crispy, and flavorful. The decor is simple and service is quick. I love stopping there for lunch on the weekends.

Review - I love their pizza. Grimaldi's has the best tasting pepperoni pizza in the universe. I recommend ordering The Salad (I love the name of their salad) and splitting it with one other person before the pizza arrives. Also, Grimaldi's IPA beer is really good too. The best thing about Grimaldi's in Hoboken (besides the quality of the food) is that you don't have to wait. Everyone in Brooklyn has to stand in line for an hour, and we can just walk in and get a table. Definitely, dining in is better than ordering delivery. We did order delivery once, and it was a tiny bit soggy, but what do you expect? This pizza cannot defy the laws of physics. I thought it tasted pretty darn good for delivery pizza. We had a guest over who was a former chef who had never had Grimadi's before, and they were blown away by the taste of the delivered pizza. For a slice, I love Benny Tudninos. For a pie, it's hard to beat Grimaldi's!

Review - We ordered in and the pizza took over an hour to arrive--and we live two blocks away. I love thin crust pizza but only if it is crispy--this was very soggy. Moreover, for the hefty cost of their pizzas, they could be a little more liberal and put more sauce. The cheese is very rubbery.

Review - Okay so it's good pizza-but after 1.5 hr wait for delivery and reheating it in my oven, it should be! I agree with some of the postings that maybe it's better eating in or taking out. By the time it got to my apartment, which wasn't even that far away, I found it to be somewhat cold and soggy and in need of some toasting. Yes-yummy pizza though-i admit.

Review - Well, it is good but pretty basic. Crust is first rate and tomato sauce is good. But they could spare a little more cheese and it is $14 a pie, rather hefty price for pizza.

Review - When you are told your delivery order should arrive in 35 minutes, but it arrives in 10, that should be a heads-up. Our tomato and mozzarella salad as well as our white pizza with garlic were less than fresh. The mozzarella on the salad was almost rubbery and the pizza was tepid at best and didn't seem to have any garlic. Oh well. Dine-in is the way to go, I guess.

Review - I ordered delivery so disregard the decor score. I ordered a large meatball pie and it arrived after over and hour and soggy. The ingredients tasted fine but perhaps due to the thin crust the pizza was limp and soggy. They might be great to eat in at but I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from them. I hope the editor will make a notation designating his pick as devilvery or eat in.

Review - There is no question that this is THE place to go for pizza...absolutely delicious, no other pizza place in Hoboken remotely comes close!! One note: make sure you order early if you want delivery on a rainy Friday or Saturday night...could take up to an hour for delivery.

Review - I used to go to Grimaldis in Brooklyn all the time, and I was extremely excited to find out there is a Hoboken location. The best pizza in Hoboken, nothing else comes close.

Review - This is the first place I dined at when I moved to hoboken and I go back all the time. This is tradition at it's best... the pizza is amazing, big and filling, although you may want to keep eating just because it's so good!

Review - This is definitely the Best Pizza in Hoboken. Only other pizza that can compete is Benny Tudino's but it's not Brick Oven Pizza. It doesn't get any better than this in Hoboken. Only downfall is it's expensive, but worth it!!!!

Review - As a HUGE pizza fan, i have to say that Grimaldi's has Amazing pizza. Every single time I have eaten their pizza I am truly impressed. The coal brick oven makes the crust have the perfect texture and gives it a smoky flavor. The sauce always has truly fresh tomatoes and the cheese is always of the utmost freshness and quality (white mozzarella). The pizza is definitely better hot, so picking it up or eating it in will enhance the experience greatly. However, we have had it delivered and it is still in my opinion the best pizza in Hoboken.
