My family & I met with an employee who was warm and inviting, while we toured some of Hoboken's food establishments with the Mangia Hoboken tour-www.hobokenfoodtour.com. She explained the unique character of this bakeries charcoal burning - brick oven. And shared loaves of bread Fresh out of the oven, topped with Olive oil. Mangia !!! No wonder the restaurants of Hoboken & the surrounding area, all serve this wonderful, delicious bread, daily. Antique Bakery may be the name, But Fresh & Traditional best describes their Breads.
