Review - While the registers up front ARE a mess, I am very appreciative of the pharmacy service in the back. Although there is sometimes a wait when they are very busy, most of the pharmacists are very kind, helpful, and have assisted me with annoying insurance things. And when there is a wait, they will always give you an accurate time of when your script will be ready.

Review - I agree with the first reviewer: this CVS' customer service is horrible. In a recent and typical example, I called to find out if my photos were ready for pick up. The person picked up the phone but continued to talk with a coworker for about 30 seconds until I said Hello? When I asked about my photos, she said she would ask the manager - then hung up on me. I called back (again, she was talking to someone else until I said Hello?). She told me my photos would be ready tomorrow at 11. I'd dropped them off for 1 hour service, but apparently had to be satisfied with 24 hour service.

Review - A necessary evil in Hoboken, CVS is my most hated establishment. The customer service is AWFUL. The employees act as though they're annoyed that anyone would be shopping there. It's been the same for the entire year I've been here. Just ask anyone who has stood in line and waited to check out. Odds are that only two of the 5 or 6 cashier stations are open. And odds are even better there are 5 employees behind the counter joking around. Where is the manager?
