Review - nice building, nice design. The only issue is there is a municipal parking lot in front of the building. If the city allow another builder to build there, it will block the riverview of Aventine.
Can't image a build has cliff backside, buildings in front of can sell for top dollars...

Review - Very exciting project. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and it seems like a good value buy. High quality finishes and great views compared to rest of new jersey developments.
