Review - If you are a dedicated color film photographer, this is the best place in town to have your photos printed. The staff pays meticulous attention to detail and is eager to please. They offer high quality paper in both matte and glossy finishes; they pay attention to the ISO of the film you give them for proper developing; and they will reprint (without an argument) if you are unhappy. My only complaint is that they tend to print slightly on the light side. True B&W film is sent out to Kodak, which I do not recommend. C-41 process B&W film is, of course, processed on site.
Their framing service is also very good. I've used them several times with satisfaction. They have a good selection of mouldings and mats and, here again, they pay meticulous attention to detail and take pride in their work. When I've had a hard time selecting a mat color or frame style, I've received very patient and considerate assistance.
I would give the service a 50/50, except that sometimes your prints or framed artwork is not ready when they say it will be (but it's always at least almost ready - I've had to wait about 20 minutes once or twice for them to complete the work).

Review - Brian and Tito always do an excellent job of framing and matting my art work. When you do a lot of business with them they give you a 10% discount on their already reasonable prices. They are courteous and professional and meet the deadlines you give them, always treating your works with great care. I recommend them highly.
