by Anonymous on 2012/4/19 8:13:23 #48 not sure what numbers you had in mind...but creating a sleeping loft requires gutting the existing sheath-rock false ceilings and installing a new flooring system, in addition to moving/adding sprinklers etc Perhaps you are qualified to do that and can do it for cheap. In which case please do for me too. |
