Harborside is definitely beautiful. But don't forget that you also pay more per square foot than you might at 1450.

if you want a really nice building try to get something in the harborside lofts. Much nicer apts than htb and 1450. Ive seen all three.

You say HTB North-facing is dark and cold? How do you know?

How do you know that all the 500 condos have 12 year old washer dryers? What a nonsensical statement!

I am still scratching my head as to why you are going on a on like a broken record about vented dryers?

Stop pretending to be a buyer. It is really pathetic that the Sales Office is resorting to these type of tricks to infuence sales.

All the things you've mentioned can be added at a later time. It's only a matter of an investment if you desire. However, thirteen foot ceilings and water views you either have it or you don't. For someone who is used to live under this ceiling, shiny floors and new gadgets make very little impression.
