Also, I would recommend that you get proof that the owner has permission to rent out the apt by his/her lender. When the owner gets a mortgage, they must specify whether the residency is for his primary use or for investment use. Banks charge different interest for both. The bank is allowed to verify that the residency is being used as a primary. They can pull the loan if it is not.

Well. I understand #3,#4 comments. But the studio I mentioned above is my investment. there is no trouble to go for rent. Just send me an offer with any questions.
