Monarch - is something happening?

I saw some work going on today in the area where the Monarch is supposed to go up. Anyone know what is going on?

beth mason was out there with a shovel and a pick axe,

She will have this building built, if she has to do it herself!

Was wondering where this trouble maker had gone. Probably on a vacation to miscreant land.

Quote:
the Hudson County Planning Board voted 6-2 to deny the Monarch at Shipyard application when it came before their Board on Wednesday, February 22, 2012. This was obviously an important and very favorable decision for the citizens of Hoboken, the residents of The Hudson Tea Buildings and our neighbors.

Go to some other building's site to cause confusion and lies for your own gain. Or better yet, get a life and leave regular people alone.

The above post is very misleading. How does it answer the original question? There was construction equipment in action on the Monarch site today. Anyone know what was going on?

I think it's staging area for the work going on the walkway in front of the Shipyard.

REALLY???!?!?! You are really going to start this again? HOW do you sleep at night?

The development is DEAD. What are you trying to say is misleading? That the "Hudson County Planning Board voted 6-2 to deny the Monarch at Shipyard application"? What is misleading about that? Are you suggesting they are building a multistory apartment building on a pier in secret? You are just a trouble maker.

BTW, the area in question is just a holding area where maintenance things are kept (NOT just for shipyard by the way.) We actually live here, so people in the building can clearly there is no construction activity there. They move bricks and bags in and out of that area all the time.

Maybe someone else can answer the "they are going to build" liar for me for this thread. He is starting to really bother me.

Let's just keep this thread simple.

"Hudson County Planning Board voted 6-2 to deny the Monarch at Shipyard application"?

What is misleading about that? The development never had a chance, was never serious.

So what is misleading about the answer?

Actually LIAR it is not in courts in any way shape or form.
Your ignorance has yet again proved your bad motives.

Monarch has the rights to appeal if they decide to. They have not, nor have they given any indication that they will appeal.

Go peddle you nonsense on another building's site.

And really? You expect people to believe your posts? You start trying to act ignorant and asking a simple question, then your fire back this nonsense. It proves you are up to no good.
