This building is a disaster

First time poster, long term reader. The thing people are not getting is the trouble maker doesn't really speak English well. It is clearly his second language. I see this in my work. The clues are his poorly targeted sense of humor, and the overly dramatic "this building is a disaster" proclamations. Irreverent & disjointed humor like the pig picture is very common in other cultures.
Just some background. Hopefully he will go away.

I actually just checked tax records for the building, its 30% off peak pricing, par for the course.

If that proposed building goes up, all bets are off.

Yes, poster #21 is correct! This is not an English speaker. Poor thing...
First, what "tax records"?
Are you implying prices are down 30%?

[I hope he answers..... and not with a stup1d answer... please....]

I'm poster #21.
I was not very clear...

Since, we will call him the trouble maker, is quick to give his opinion on us, our building, our intelligence, and the general state of our lives, I thought I would jump in again.

I suspect he is always tying to appear successful, but it is mostly just show. He has people around him that when he says things like "If that proposed building goes up, all bets are off", people around him laugh. He thinks people think he is witty and funny. But these people are either laughing nervously because of confusion or they are laughing at him.

His main problem, he thinks he is clever enough to gain some type of advantage by posting on this board with fabrications and dramatic yet folksy messages. Truth is, it is just a bit desperate.

Good luck to him. And I still hope he just goes away.

Any city or neighborhood down 30% off peak pricing would be beating the national real estate market by at least 10%. So was that 30% supposed to be good or bad for HTB?

Wow, nervous nellies watching their investments go down is a sad event. Posting on kannekt will not help you...

Relax, have a drink.

Poster #21 correct. I hadn't noticed it before. We are arguing with someone who doesn't understand the language :) ("sad" and "nervous nellies" - so obvious now)

To the "trouble maker", I don't think many people in HTB are nervous, or think of their home as an "investment". There is very little sad here. We certainly don't need to cause confusion on a message board like you do. You are so "sad" you needed to go on or building's site and start another pier development post. Don't you think that's sad?
