With the closings at 1025 about to begin in the fall, are there any apartments for sale? LIST HERE!

2 bdrm 2 bath + den 1518 sqft with a great balcony that will have full city views. The apt will have a partial view as it faces north and 1125 maxwell. High floor! I figure $800/ sqft is fair. *Considering* selling 2bd/2.5ba southeast corner unit with direct city views on mid-upper floor (1430sq.ft.). Sales office is asking 1100/sq.ft. for 1125 Maxwell Lane direct views, so 1100-1200/sq.ft. would be asking price range. It would be hard to part with this unit so please no low ballers; I am still leaning toward keeping it.
