We are considering selling a 2br with Den, 2.5 bath 1700++ square foot unit in 1025 maxwell with amazing north east direct views. You can see form south of the Empire St Bldg all the way north to th GW. Please respond to this thread if you have serious interest, as we are serious and don't want to waste anyone's time. The floor plan is probably the best in the building, on of the biggest, and the ONLY unit with Bay windows. You can do the virtual tour on the Maxweell website and this description will make the unit obvious bc it is the only one with bay windows.
