Quick question:
It appears that even-numbered units are on the south side of the building. Are the units with the lowest two digits on the east or west side of the building? Thanks. |

That is not how the numbering works. X02 is on the northeast corner facing the city, x03 is on the southeast corner facing the city and bay, x04 faces south, and so on. I don't recall what the number is for the first unit facing the garage.

The pricing in this building is interesting to say the least.
You have 1brs at 545k 545k 598k (701) 778k (301) 790k (502 - removed from the market unsold) Ironically, the unit priced at $598k is likely the best of the lot. 2br are at 939k 1198k (Insane!) 3brs are at 960k 880k (sold) It seems some people *get* the pricing realities of the current market (1brs in the 500s, 2-3brs in the 800s) and some don't. R16 knows nothing about this building. The listing for $598 (the 01 line) faces the garage, with a partial view of the ctiy.
The 02 line faces the City directly, and that is why the unit is listed for almost $800k. The view is incredible. |

The moderator is deleting my posts with the links to those places. Check NJ craigslist.
There aren't any 02's for sale (since 502 languished on the market for 4 months and was removed) making 701 the best unit available. |
