OK. Well maybe i didnt get #OOPS# slapped, but i did get kicked in the nuts really hard. You call that a safe neighborhood?

as a previous poster stated: you really shouldn't believe most of what you read on this forum, most people posting don't live/own in any of the buildings they're posting about. they're trolls/realtors that have nothing better to do.

as someone who does own in this building and has lived here since 2005, i can tell you there have not been any incidents in the area of zephyr/700 grove. the area is safe. i regularly walk my dog around the neighborhood late at night (i am a female who feels quite safe here) & have never had any issues. not once.

so again, for those posting otherwise: grow up. if you don't want to live in this building, don't. but don't post misinformation/lies just because you're a realtor trying to sell in another building.

slapped was joking i think it makes a loud
statement about the neighborhood.
