Hey guys!
I'm renting at the TeaBuilding (1500 Wash) and wanted to get a sense on what people typically give as Holiday Tips for the staff. My best guess is a month's worth of maintenance for owner's and 50% of a month's maintenance for renters, prorated by the amount of time spent at the location. Can anyone please confirm this understanding. And, confirm that maintenance for a studio water (or north facing) is about $400. So using the above rules, $200 for Christmas tips for me. Hopefully the owner of my unit will pay the same. Thank you. J |
