I agree with 112 - most buyers at the Trump seem to be folks from Manhattan anyway. To them this is a cheaper option than owning in the city and also they are used to far more of a crammed neighborhood. JC is still and will be very desirable in terms of space, amenities, price, taxation, etc.. Besides to someone working on Wall St why do they care about the PATH station at Pavonia? They can take the PATH from Exchg Pl or the ferry service. Those are the folks the Trump tower seems to be attracting anyway. So I believe it's a decent location all things considered.
