Review - As a regular customer of Trinity I just want to say that it's the BEST place for ANYTIME in Hoboken. There is always something for everyone from bar food to the most elegant dishes. Only thing I dislike, is how dark they make it in there. It's a really nice looking place.. and I like to see my food. But, the owners..executive chef..and waitstaff are topnotch. I feel happy and lucky to have a place like this so close to home..
Review - Now well establuished and getting better all the time. Great atmosphere and a pleasent way to spend a trouble free evening with great menue's, well stocked bar and the staff that know how to make you feel welcome. I Will be coming here for a long long time.

Review - The chicken tenders' sauce is to die for. Love the atmosphere, esp. x-mas. Great time to hang out with friends with quite a bit of eye candy. Believe it or not, even a fun place to work at.

Review - Well, i have given this place at least four solid attemps..and i have come to the conclusion that it ranges from eh to fine. The food is usually, not bad. I do like the arugula salad on their brunch menu, but had a really disappointing burger last week. My major issue with this restaurant is the totally chaotic feel of the servers. every time i have been, the service has been painfully slow, confused or just plain absent. Please note: i am a very forgiving diner--been there. one time, a server left for the day after taking our drink orders without informing us (or the server to take his place)of the change. Last weekend, a friend and i timed 25 minutes before our drinks arrived (cokes), and the rest of the lunch was much of the same. we were never sure who our server was for the entire meal. granted, the hostess complimented us on how amazing we were being, as we gnawed at the stale rolls in the bread basket. Overall, another really mediocre establishment taking up prime outdoor dining space.

Review - I have never received better service at any restaurant in Hoboken or Jersey City. When I dropped my fork, it seemed that the waiter was already standing behind me with a new one! The food also arrives very promptly. The menu has great traditional food and the ambiance is really cozy. The space is dimly lit with candles as the main light source at every table. Very spacious so you never have to hear conversations from other tables. Great view of Manhattan too!

Review - Trinity is definitely not a place to go watch a sports event on a random Sunday. There were no specials whatsoever on draft beers, ($5 for crap lightbeer!!) and not a single buyback from the staff. The food is average, although I have to admit the onion rings are really good, but a small plate of nachos runs you $10. Was not happy to see that 20% gratuity was automatically tacked on to our overpriced bill. I would not recommend this place if you are just looking to watch a game.

Review - They have a great location, great space, but their menu is horrible. Could be the worst menu i've seen in terms of selection. They need some selections for people who want to nibble something at the bar. The food here is just ok, but the selection to choose from is really uninspiring at best.

Review - Great waterfront bar and restaurant but does tend to get crowded in the bar area leaving you wondering where you can move or hang out when people are still dining. Food is good and brunch is great!

Review - The decor is amazing. The food is not. I've tried the food several times and I found it to be bland and not tasty. The baked cod fish with mac and cheese, over cooked and not very good together. The only decent thing I've had is a burger, and that should be good anywhere. The staff friendly. Not a good restaurant for eating.

Review - Trinity is definity the new hang out for me and my friends. Not only was the food outstanding, try the T-Bone Steak, but the service was amazing. We went there just this past Monday and our waitress was phenomenal. She chatted with us, served us impeccably, not to mention the fact that she was gorgeous. Plus, the blonde waitress who was working with her was totally hot too. Even if the food wasnt amazing I would certainly keep coming back for the staff...who wouldn't love a hot blonde and a hot brunette!

Review - I had a party for my friends at Trinity this past weekend...we were promised a table for 17 to 20 between 10 and 11 o'clock....this was our ONLY request! And when I arrived, there was no table......and no one was helpful..I was told to grab a couch, quick......i would have taken my party somewhere else if i had known they weren't going to follow through.

Review - Great place to enjoy drinks whether it's the weekend or during the week. Atmosphere is great, view is spectacular and the staff is very friendly especially the hot twins and the Irish bartender.

Review - I've eaten here a couple times now. Had a top-notch burger on one visit and ordered corn beef hash & eggs on another. The hash was pretty damn good, as was the burger. Not spectacular, but definitely quality. The atmosphere is fantastic, the bloody mary's were very solid, and the service behind the bar was EXCELLENT. Not only are the bartenders attractive, but they're cool and friendly. A rare mix. This is a great place for food and drinks.

Review - Trinity is what i've been waiting for! Went there Friday night. Great bar scene -- sort of a trendy college bar feel, in a beautiful mahogany setting. The dining room is beautiful; and the view is unparalleled. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Music was great but too loud in the bathroom. everyone should try trinity....it has something to offer to everyone -- especially fanatics about a clean restroom!
