Does anyone know anything about the Gulls Cove project or Grove Point, I believe both projects started selling last week.

We prefer that you use our review pages to discuss these buildings so that it is not all over the place. You should find some useful info there.

I don't see anywhere on this board where this is being discussed. why wouldn't it be discussed in Jersey City Real Estate?

how many units were on sale in phase 1?

67 total units - whey didn't they even bother to break it into phases?

Phase 1 was 50 units. Call Century 21 Innovative realty (in Hoboken) to see if it's entirely sold out. They're the exclusive broker. They were priced under market.

I posted this before in the Gulls Cove thread before it got locked. Gulls Cove seems like it is cheap - well, that's because it is. The floorplans are horrible (I could go on a rant about that) and the finishes you get standard are awful compared to new construction that's out there.

Standard granite, etc. gym, doorman, parking, etc. As for floorplans, the "19" line is odd. All the others are good. I have a copy of them if you need.
