Review - Sometimes the wait can be rediculously long, but all in all I would say this is a superb dentist. My husband hates dentists and somehow, they've gotten him to come back to fix all his cavities and wisdom teeth. All are very friendly and courteous. I happened to have Doctor L. as well and would have to say that for the first time had a dentist tell me in plain English what was going on with my teeth. She has a great bed side manner and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions! I would highly recommend this dentist - this comming from someone that has visited a dentist only 2 times in the past 7 years!

Review - I went to River Road Dental office for the first time. Customer service at the front desk was very good and I was seen on time. I was there for a simple scheduled cleaning. The hygienist that did my cleaning (Nadia) was very professional and courteous. She was also very considerate and knowledgeable answering all my questions. My experience with the dentist was not as positive. In my 30+ years of going to the dentist, I've always had great comments about my teeth. To me it seemed like Dr L was looking for something negative to tell me about my teeth or my bite in search of an opportunity to sell me on cosmetic work for her orthodontist collegue. She even asked if I used my lower teeth to bite an apple. I thought that was ridiculous since I had braces years ago and have been fortunate enough to still have straight teeth. My overall experience at this dental office would have been great if the dentist I saw was not so negative.
