Review - Just to make a correction: amenities are NOT included in the rent -- there is a $400 per lease amenity fee. I don't live there, but I did check it out in June of 2005.

Review - I have been living at Half Moon for a year now and I love it. People complain about the utility bills but there have been some changes and the bills aren't bad at all. All amenities are included in the rent, including gym and pool, and the mgmt and staff are very friendly and helpful.
