Review - Actually I remember she was saying from 400-900k+ (1600 sq.ft) for a 2 bedroom.

Review - The salesperson told me about mid 4's for a 2 bdroom approx 1100 sq.ft. Did you hear anything like this? I know the larger sized two bedrooms will be about 500s.
Expected completion date is spring 2006..so with new construction, assume about 2 months on top of that..so look for these to be complete during the summer.

Review - I only inquire about the 1 and 2 bedrooms. 350k to low 400 for one bedroom and 500k and up for two. I believe the salesperson said a year but you should call to make sure.

Review - The sales center actually spent 20 min with me on the phone and was extremely pleasant. Unlike Maxwell Place in Hoboken they do not make you feel like it is a privilege to buy here.

Review - At last, a luxury condominium building where the sales center actually takes time to speak with you regarding all your questions. They do not blow you off, nor do they make you feel like they're doing you a favor. Kudos to this building, and I look forward to being an owner here.
