Review - Really knows his stuff. Had alot of questions and he took time not to just answer them but to make sure I understood his answers. Took a stressful time and made it much less stressful. Closings seem to be inherently stressful but he made us feel great.

Review - recently closed with mr. kappock's office and the expierance could not have been better. i had shopped around for lawyers as a first time buyer and mr. kappock was the only one who took me through the entire process from signing the contract to the closing. he advised me of all fees in advance so there were no surprises. i did not realize that in new jersey the price for title insurance is set based on the purchase price and that no matter who you selected for title ins. the price would be the same. mr. kappock was the only one who explained that to me. he also showed me how to save $$$ on my auto ins by combing it with my new homeowners policy. his staff were always pleasant and very helpful. my only complaint was they were sometimes slow in returning my calls but having dealt with attorneys my entire professional life this is common in the industry for the really exceptional lawyers. if the lawyer is always there to take your calls, there probably is a reason he is not busy. i would reccommned this lawyer and his office to anyone.

Review - Closed with Brian in Aug. 02 (I was a buyer). Brian is very competent and took the time to go through documents, etc in much detal. I felt the closing costs very too high across the board, e.g., the title insurance for a 2-brm condo was $2400, it's likely he didn't shop around. Also, I felt he deliberately held us in the dark on the costs until the last possible moment, when it was too late to dispute. For these reasons, I would not use him again.

Review - Detailed, helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Staff was very helpful prior to during and after the closing. Hope our next closing is just as great!

Review - I closed with Brian Kappock in September of 2003 and he was great in taking the time to explain all parts of the closing
and was very knowledgeable about what me and my husband should be concerned about. Christina and Lisa the paralegals in
Brian's office were very helpful and understanding with all questions that we had. On the day of the closing Brian spent several hours
going through the mortgage package and answering all our questions. When we sell we will definitely use Brian again.

Review - We closed in JUNE 2001 and didn't receive our paperwork: title, deed, etc until FEBRUARY 2003! They never returned phone calls and when they did, they were not informed.
