Review - Our water heater broke. After dealing with PSEG with no success we tried SEARS. However they had to special order the product. Both PSEG and SEARS had us convinced that our heater was unusual, had to be special ordered, etc. Two weeks go by and we do not have a water heater. A neighbor in the building recommended L Pini. After two weeks of no luck we decided to called L. Pini. We called at 10am and the heater was installed by 3pm SAME DAY. I was shocked at the excellent service and HALF the cost of what PSEG. Lesson Learned -- Go with a local plumber. I would recommend L. Pini to anyone who needs plumbing service.

Review - Have called three times now, spoken to the reception and still have not received even a courtesy call back. This has been over a three week period and each call after the first, I explained that my call had not been returned. I guess putting in a new furnace system is not a big enough job. Good luck.

Review - I can't even rate the work that they did as they kept stringing me along with The back hoe contractor is having equipment trouble excuse. It was an emergency service that my association needed to get done in the street. They were quick enough to respond and take the job, however they kept delaying us on their execution. It wound up costing my association and additional $2,000.00 as Hudson Water had to put an emergency cap on our leak in the street. I would recomend J&L; or Loungo if you need to get work done. At least Pini did not give me a hassle in getting back a 5K downpayment.
