Review - This place is a gem! The staff was friendly, though they asked the same questions several times to get my order right. I love the open feel of it and if you have time to relax, the outdoor seating makes for great people watching. they are dog-friendly (big plus in my book) and every morning i walk by and the smell of the coffee beans just makes me crave a cup....delicious!

Review - I have been in the new Bloomfield Street location twice, and each time I have been treated rudely by the staff. Instead of walking out from behind the counter to help me select coffee beans (which she would have needed to do anyway since the beans are on the floor and are not self-service), a particular young women decided to yell questions across the room to me so that she could stay close to the friends with whom she was chatting. On another occasion, instead of being offered help with selecting tea from the tea room, I was chastised at the register for having bagged the tea myself.
