Review - We have only ordered delivery, so Decor is N/A. Still have not found an exceptional Chinese restaurant in town. I keep hoping someone in Chinatown takes the ferry over and realizes this.
Food - Pricing is probably on the lower end of the Hoboken market and the quality is midrange. We ordered two spicy dishes and both came very spicy (which we like); however, one of our sauces was too watery and the other dish needed another five minutes to cook, as it was not even close to crispy. Both tasted average. The steamed dumplings were either under or over cooked and thus, the dough was rubbery.
Service - delivery took a little longer than I expected. Most places in town are lightening fast. This could be a function of our distance (we're downtown) or just a very busy night. The food did come relatively hot though.

Review - I have only ever gotten delivery. The food is about as good or better than anywhere else in town, but the best thing about Green Garden is the lunch menu. Insanely cheap, with free and Superman-fast delivery.

Review - only ever done take out so i can't really say much about the decor, but i think the food is really good. their general tso's chicken is the best i've found in town, and i've tried it at most places
