Review - They have been taking care of the building where I live in Hoboken and have done an excellent job. They always take action immediately on any unexpected situation. I highly recommend them.

Review - these guys are great and have responded quickly to anything i have needed...they are most helpful w/ the condo flood insurance policy and dealing w/ my mortgage company. i have lived in a bldg. managed by them for 6 yrs. and no problems.

Review - Hoboken Realty Management is a pleasure to work with. They manage a building I live in on Jackson street and do an excellent job. Recently, I lost power to my apartment while I was away on vacation. My cat sitter, called Ed and Bill at Hoboken Realty Management, and they immediately called an electician to the seen to take care of the problem. When I got home all was well. These guys are top notch professionals.

Review - I have lived in a building managed by Hoboken realty for 2 years. It takes them MONTHS to fix problems, even after numerous phone calls. There are some problems (i.e. after ceiling leaks) that were never even repaired in my apartment. After a sewage leak in the basement of my building, the water sat for about 2 weeks smelling up the building and ruining owners property in the storage areas. They are rude when you call to ask if something can be fixed and they dont return calls at all. they claimed it was in the mail when it wasnt.
