Review - nice stuff and staff but very minimal selection

Review - The presentation of all the furniture and home decor is very beautiful as anyone whose passed by the store window can see for themselves. However, there delivery service is horrible. I was not told that I would have to pay a delivery charge. On the day the furniture was to be delivered I did not receive it until 7 hours later!(I'm fully aware that things do not arrive on time but that was ridiculous!) Alot of the time in between I spent on the phone with a memeber of the staff who kept going back and forth with me the item should be on it's way now or no how about we reschedule? I mean it was ridiculous! And when it finally did arrive I tried to give the delivery guys a tip, but to my shock, I was told I had to pay $60 for the delivery!! I was offered a $20 gift card from one of the store owners but by then I was completely turned off by the lack of communication on their part, add that to the fact that I didn't even receive an apology. They definately lost me as a customer which is a shame because like I said, they have beautiful things and had I not had such a bad experience I would have continued to shop there. I guess if your going to buy something from them make sure you don't have it delivered!
