Review - I called S&B; four times to obtain an estimate on plumbing work for my bathrooms. Each time I called the secretary said someone would call me to schedule an appointment to look at my bathrooms. Not once did anyone call me.

Review - I contacted S&B; Plumbing to replace a water heating unit. They quoted a price of $4,500. They refused to provide a written estimate stating the price of the unit as distinguished from the labor costs. They then refused to do the job.

Review - i called S&B; several times over the last month to tell them we had no heat in our apartment. They took my name and number for someone to call me and no one called. I told them the third time that I had called repeatedly, they said they would note that but no one called again.
