Review -
The building is NOT 10 years old. It is at least 20, and the building feels as sterile as a neutered dog. If you can get over the cheap architecture, the place is fine. It used to be a white elephant in the middle of nowhere until about 3 or 4 years ago. Still, you will always have the traffic choked streets of Observer Highway, Newark Street, Monroe etc. as your neighbors. It is fine for what it is, but don't start gushing about it.

Review - I have lived in the skyline for approx. 3 years. This is truly a great building with low condo feew despite having tons of amenities. The building is about 10 years old compared to alot of the newer buildings in the Hoboken area that are just a year or two old. However, there are some big advantages. Mainly, low prices on the units with low condo fees. The building is in great condition, due to regular maintenance. the building is clean and the interior common areas are in the process of being renovated with wallpaper/paint, carpet, fixtures, etc. There is a daily shuttle van, included valet parking and a separate doorman. There is also onsit drycleaning pickup. the people are friendly. Would def. reccomend the building. There were some problems with QUIL management company who were recently fired and now c3m management was hired. So far they seem okay, but it has only been a few months.

Review - I have lived at the skyline for over 3 years. It truly is a great building. The people are friendly and there are many amenities that arent available in hoboken. there is a doorman AND a valet that is included in your monthly condo fees which are relatively low for the area. Additionally there is a gymi included and there is onsite dry cleaning pickup that picks up friday evenign and returns the clothes by saturday afternoon. There is also a shuttle to and from the path station every moening and evening. The value has been great as my apartment has increased approx. 25% int eh last few years. the apartments are spacious and there is a pretty good condo board. the onyl fault I would say is with the management company, Quil, which has been replaced recently with C3M.... it is too new of a change to rate them. Overall I am very happy I moved here.

Review - Are there any units that face south? If so, do you get noise pollution or exhaust from the trains?

Review - I've lived at the Skyline for over a year now. I bought in 2003 and the value has significantly increased since then. It's a fairly unique building relative to the old, small roomed condos in converted buildings. The prices of the newest condos in town were outrageous, when you consider the cost of updating a unit in a building like this, you can't get a much better value proposition. I own a 2BR unit with a wall of windows with an unbroken view of the NYC Skyline, the river and Jersey city skyline to boot. It's just great from a value proposition. There will always be commuters to NYC and the cost there will always drive professionals to seek housing like this. I only expect the value to increase over time, so it's a long term hold for me with renting it out down the road a viable option.

Review - I've never seen the place, but was going to look into a place there. Anyone have any comments? I see one poor review on it but no comment as to why! Seems cheaper than other properties in the area.
