Review - I worked with Jim Gallagher in March when I was looking for a condo to buy. This was my first experience in finding a home and he was very helpful and patient. I found an apartment that was for sale by owner and I felt bad that he didn't find it since he wouldn't get a commission. I highly recommend him.

Review - I rented a studio apartment through the petruzzelli in early 2004. they did not show me any BS apartments, which is good. however, my dissatisfication starts when the agent, did not return my call AT ALL even though I left him a message saying that I would like to rent the apartment. (Eventually I called another agent in the company and got it done for me.) In addition to that, they initially promised to hand over the keys to me in late March, but after I drove 300 miles and came to their office, they told me that the apartment is not ready until early April. They almost screwed me over because of that.
In short, they have decent apartments, but their service sucks big time and they are totally irresponsible.
