Review - I have lived here for 2 years. It is very nice, but there is a major difference in getting an apartment with a balcony as the view is awesome. Absent a balcony, it is not worth the money. Moreover, it is very expensive for Hoboken at approximately $2,100 for a one bedroom plus another $200 for parking if you need it. Gym is good too and your life is very carefree except worrying about bills.

Review - Not at all happy living here. The doormen are a joke, parking is sparse, and the people who live here are snobby, arrogant. Too many screaming little kids here. There are a lot better buildings in Hoboken to look at.
