Review - The pasta's good, but the amazing thing is that this is absolutely the CLEANEST commercial kitchen I've EVER set foot in. I went in back one night and couldn't beleive they had spent the day making the trays and trays of ravioli the owner showed me in the walk-ins. Spotless.
