Review - I moved in earlier this year and I have to say that the management is wonderful. They really take care of you. The apartments are spacious and they have been doing constant cosmetic work to make it nicer. The building is only about three years old so everything is still in good working order. The downside??? There are only windows on one side so the ventilation is a little tough. Also, Grand St. can get noisy especially with the lumber company across the street. Besides that, this place has plenty to brag about.
