Review - DC's is a cool and laid back atmosphere where buybacks are not uncommon and a seemingly diverse crowds blends into a fun scene near the pool table or at the bar during a game on TV. Not well known yet, and sometimes quiet, the place seems to have a mood of its own that can erupt into a wild time at any moment.
