Review - With Hobokens reputation for excellent Pub restaurants Buskers is a positive addition. Expecting the pub to be maybe a little too kitschy on my first visit, I was pleasently surprised. The bar area is thankfully for serious drinking and there is no better place to sip a pint of Guinness after a short walk from the PATH. To one side is the dining area which was quite formal. The menu was eclectic and the tuna steak I ordered was perfect if you like it cooked very rare which thankfully I do. The cod was excellent also. The salads on both occasions I was there were lacking bite though. The deserts I am told were delicious. The only sting in an otherwise enjoyable night out is the sting you get from the too pricey menu.

Review - Busker's a great bar--very reasonable priced drinks, friendly bartenders and a more laid-back, mature scene (always has great tunes playing). The dining area is adorable--a little more formal, but very cozy...great date place. The service was excellent. Although the food is a bit overpriced (what else can you expect in Hoboken though?), it was also excellent. Overall--great place--highly recommend it!

Review - There is something for everyone at this Hoboken Jem! From the burgers to the cowboy steak everything we've had at Buskers is fabulous. The wait & Bar staff is among the most friendly & Knowledgeable around & The outdoor cafe is one of the prettiest in town. Thanks to the owners for opening this beautiful spot in a once barren area of Hoboken.

Review - I completely disagree with the previous review. My husband and I have been there 4 times in 4 weeks and love the food and service. We've never had the same thing twice and have yet to be even slightly disappointed.
The food is comparable to any of the best I've had. The nicer bonus is that it's in my own backyard. To put it in perspective, I plan vacations around dining reservations.
The service has always been consistent and helpful.

Review - My boyfriend and I were not expecting much when we first stepped into Buskers - that all changed once we got the menu. It was full of dishes (and prices) that you would not expect in an Irish bar. So, with the prices listed, we figured we would get what we paid for - but that didn't happen. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but doesn't live up to the prices they are charging.

Review - Sadly i was disappointed the food was not that great at all...very average for above average price. would not go back for dinner. the bar was crowded with a yuppie crowd and was a lively fun atmosphere. that i would recommended. we also had reservations...but when we ot there they could not find our reservations and we had to wait!!! although the nice manager(?) who assisted us offered for us to go to the bar and have a drink on the house while we waited for our table!!! Great customer service!!! Too bad the food wasn't as great as the service.

Review - The atmosphere and the service are great... the food however, is terribly overpriced. We have tried the more formal dining menu twice now and have been disappointed both times. For Manhattan prices (over $100 for two) you are getting suburban quality. Eat at the bar - the burgers and steak sandwich are excellent and cheap.
