Review - I've used other services and individuals to clean my condo in Edgewater before - Continental Maid Service provided the best customer service responses and cleaning I've ever had. They are truly a find. Thank you.

Review - While the staff has been friendly and responsive to schedule changes, and other concerns, I am generally unhappy with the quality of the cleaning job. My apartment is very neat to begin with and I really use a service to get a good cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms. When i come home on a cleaning day I smell absolutely no cleaning products and find that my bathtubs, soap dishes and tile floors have not been scrubbed (as evidenced by the soap scum and rings around the shampoo bottles in the shower). The check is gone - so i know that they were there, but that's about the only indication.
