Review - Thankfully we finally have a quality destination in Hoboken that provides 3 vital elements for a good night out: (1)Stylish and creative decor with a new take on sleek modernity without the stark minimalism that is so deja vu. (2) Wonderful ambience with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline. (3) Great quality food with an eclectic and suprisingly sophisticated menu that provides something for everyones tastes at very competitive rates. This is 1st class fare!

Review - In the culinary wasteland that is Hoboken, this restaurant does not do much to improve things, but is a step in the right direction. The restaurant decor is well done and is in a great location right on the water. I was not impressed at all by the wine list, and our waiter knew nothing about what was on there. Appetizers and entrees were good but not great. Good food, but nothing outstanding or original here. Overall, a nice night out in hoboken, but the food is not something to get overly excited about. Will go back eventually, just not very soon.

Review - A beautifully designed space, fabulous cuisine and great ambience makes it a wonderful experience. When you go try the Guinness braised short ribs.

Review - This is the greatest addition to Hoboken. It has the view, decor and food to create a fantastic night out. The owners are fantastic and are there to make sure you have everything you need. The separation of the dining room from the bar is so clever and pretty. They try to keep the music at the bar at a level that won't bother people dining in the restaurant. So happy this is here.

Review - Went here this weekend just to lounge in the early evening. It was the perfect spot. Very laid back, good drinks, comfy chairs- really cosy. The food smelled good- can't wait to try that Prix Fixe thing.

Review - I've been to The Quays quite a few times now and have had an amazing time each and every visit. Dinner is amazing. Good quality food and good portions with a great wait staff. All the waiters/waitresses know each item on the menu very well and has always made excellent recommendations. My favorite entrees are the sea bass and venison. They have an amazing brunch as well. The crab cake benedict is to die for. The bar is even better. The bar staff makes great martinis and the cocktail waitresses are ALWAYS extremely pleasant. They really make sure that you are having a great time. Even the managers and owners will engage in conversation w/ you. Everyone that works there makes you feel very welcome. This is a beautiful retaurant in an amazing location. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Review - It's too bad what a great location but a cold place. Not cozy and welcoming at all!!! . I have gone there on 2 occasions and have felt the same way. . it's such a great location too. 340 grill is fun and awesome...and trinity too...it would be great to add a 3rd to the bar hopping list. need to revise the bar area...make more friendly and cozy.

Review - The food is good, actually - I left with my wallet and my stomach pretty full. Reasonable prices and good portions = one smiling customer. Review - Took the PATH over to visit friends in Hoboken and at their suggestion tried this place. Food was absolutley fantastic. Short ribs were some of the best I've had. Service was attentive and I took the time to stop the General Manager, Jordan, to thank him. Really quality staff and great food. All in Hoboken, go figure?!
