Review - After looking in Hoboken for several weeks for a new place, I ended up buying a 2BR 2BA and have had a great experience with Hudson Place Realty. Anne Becker did a great job. I felt better about paying $450/sf rather than the $600/sf some people in other new construction places (e.g., Upper Grand) are trying to get. Yeah, I know, it's a couple of blocks from the projects and 12 blocks from Washington. But I think this area is doing nothing but getting better and the building is quality all the way around. As the building gets closer to completion, I'd love to talk with people about getting deals on window treatments because my windows are going to be huge!
