Review - I have tried to rent an apartment from Urban American. They are extremely unprofessional, the leasing agents are usually not at their desks, and they do not return phone calls.
I have left several messages on the voicemail of *, and have only gotten one callback, no follow up calls were ever made,
It is almost as if Urban American does not wish to rent their vacant apartments.
I cannot comment on the quality of the service that Urban American provides because I have never had the oppurtunity to even view an apartment managed by them, let alone rent one.
If you are able to capture the attention of a leasing agent for more then 10 minutes, then perhaps you may have the oppurtunity to rent one of their apartments, but don't count on it.
Very unprofessional. Two thumbs way down.
