Review - I have dealt with this company for almost five years now. I have never had a problem with them, even though through unfortunate circumstances, I was late with payments. Their staff are courteous and considerate - way beyond that which would be expected of a normal business. I highly reccomend them... and NO, I am NOT an employee. I suspect that the reviewer (above) who (allegedly) had a bad experience, is either the competition, or had some fault in the misunderstanding. Review - I hired this company to move me within Jersey City. The price that I was quoted was for 3 men and a minimum of 4 hrs. When they arrived at my home 2 hrs later then the rescheduled time they insisted that I had to pay for a 4th man so that they could be done faster even though I had to pay a 4 hour minimum and they threaten me saying that if I did not want to adda 4th man that I would have to pay them each $25 cash tip or they would not move me. They were very rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Even after speaking to the dispatcher in charge I was left with no movers and had to reschedule my move with another company and lose another day of work. I am appalled at how I was treated.
