Review - The only dept. that I have gotten good service from has been the Landlord/tenant Dept., in particular from Henry Perez. Others in his dept. are helpful too. Overall most of the other numbers I have called, the attendants are rude, unhelpful and they lack manners. They seem not to care for their jobs. The Tax Dept NEVER picks up the phone.
