Review - Terrible storage operations. Had extremely limited access to our own unit when the fire department forced them to make required changes to the building. Then there was a fire and resulting water damage without informing lessees, and then again a water pipe breaking preventing access. The staff is uncaring and acts as if everything is just fine. On top of all this, there has never even been any offer of any amount of rental credit from the very high monthly rates they charge to compensate us for not being able to use the storage units.

Review - they have no care for any of your things. water, smoke, dust, concrete all over all my things . Worst service ever too.
