Review - Location is great, being only three blocks to the Grove PATH in downtown Jersey City. Rent includes utilities, so the price is right. The building is definitely not new, so there are certain problems (e.g. the a/c sometimes doesn't work perfectly, etc.), but the granite lobby and elevators are new and the people are friendly. I don't understand the one negative review on this site; my experience has been quite positive.

Review - You can't beat the location. Near to everything. Rent is cheaper than Newport. You can get a 2BR apartment for around $1,500. Liked staying there.

Review - Ugh. I lived here for 9 months. Even though there was a doorman, there was no working intercom, so they letup everyone including the delivery people. They illegally overcharged me $500 month on rent which they lowered when I reported them. The building is very badly maintained and for the most part the neighbors are nasty. Moved in with a filthy carpet which they refused to replace. Much nicer apts elsewhere in JC. What a nightmare! Totally sucked!

Review - Security is lax. Lobby is very nice. Laundry room had fire. Car was broken into in lot. A/C was weak. Kitchen was really nice. Views from the South side are great. Super is careless and unresponsive. Lots of closets and windows. Wish the 2bdrms had terraces. Wouldnt recommend. Careless staff and a/c problems.

Review - It's such a nice building, great location, layouts, views.
There are water problems, a/c problems, elevator problems. Maintenance staff gives the pure minimum.
So much potential is there. Time for the board to get cracking.

Review - The apartments are old, but with a gorgeous view of the city from the west side. The maintenance manager and doormen are very nice and responsive. The Maintenance Company where you send your monthly payments purposely deposits them late and then charges you late charges. Beware.
