Review - This shop used to be a decent place where you could bring your car and expect to be treated fairly. No anymore. I�ve brought my car to this shop for several years. The new manager will do whatever he needs to inflate your bill. He will do anything to sell you unneeded services such as transmission fluid flushing (even if they had changed the transmission fluid the previous year and you have driven only 5,000 miles) or any fancy gadget for which Tuffy Auto Service charges more than its competitor Pep-Boys located in the same place. I requested a �normal� tune up (priced around $80) and Tuffy charged me almost $250 for a �complete tune-up� that was not what I wanted. They even �replaced� a brand new air-filter for no reason at all. I�ve ended paying more than $500 for services that I don�t think were needed. I won't come back to this shop!
