Review - We love this place for its home cooked meals (mama decides on her menu in the morning - we especially like their okra, fried shrimp and potato salad), casual atomosphere and friendly staff - family owned and operated. If you are dining in, expect the service to be somewhat slow and less than stellar. The wait staff is a bit unpolished but if this doesn't bother you too much, this is the place to go for a great meal.

Review - the food was good! the whole idea around the restaurant is family!b that's why there are kids running around. They were the nicest people and the food was good. certainly not the best food in the world but great home cookin' and reasonably priced.in fact if they were open tonight we would be dining there. come back comfort bistro!

Review - I am sorry, I havent eaten here, but am reluctant to try it because their schedule is so sporradic and as I read in other reviews, there are always children running around. it looks more like a living room hang out. BUT, I do appreciate the decor, it looks very nice from the outside, but they should control the loitering inside, it looks unprofessional. (2004-03-19 )
Review - Is this a restaurant? They only have three tables. And yes Mom's cooking. But who really wants their mom to cook? I had great hopes for this place but have been let down by the so-so food and sloppy atmosphere.

Review - Went here last summer. Fried chicken was okay, and the macaroni and cheese was okay too. Needs a little bit of improvement, then this place will be really good for comfort food.
