Review - The apartments and marina are lovely-it is just a shame the office crew is so cold. the kids at reception are great and will do everything for you. As stated in other reviews, maintenance is a problem and when you are paying $2300 a month you dont expect that! the garbage rooms smell and when you walk off the elevator you never know what to expect-foul and dirty air or what-it is embarrassing. such a great place cud be fantastic if management tried-but it has turned over so many times in personnel, that it leaves one frustrated and you give up-maybe that is the goal?

Review - I have been renting an apartment since oct 1,2003. Everthing went fine when we saw the apartmen and signing the lease. BUt, since we have been there the office personal are not very helpful all you get from them is we will look into it and you have to go back several times before you get an answer. As Far as the maintenance staff they don't show up for several days and when the do they always make excuses that we have to com back and finish. When it is completed the work is of poor quality. The kitchen cabinets in the apartment are of the lowest quality and the walls in the apartment are paper thin and you can hear you neighbors doing everthing, and I mean everything. Also the common areas to the facilities are not kept clean andf the garbage rooms are always filled which at sometimes the odor is so bad that you get embarressed when guest come to your home If this is what they call luxury I would like to see what they call a standard development I would not recommend the apartment complex to my worst enemy.

Review - We moved in a few months and have found everything to be just great. Yolanda in the rental office was very helpful and kept us informed of available spaces. The guys are the front desk are very friendly and attentive. Turnaround time for maintenance can be a bit slow. But we are very happy and have recommended this place to friends.

Review - My husband and I moved in in the first quarter of 2003 and have recently moved out after our 1 year lease expired.
When we first moved in and had problems with our washer and dryer they were really good about replacing them, but maintenance work on our poorly plumbed disposal was agonizing. Each time they came to fix it they would tell me that the fittings just needed to be tightened, and each time it would start leaking again within a couple of days - so I just lived with a bowl under the sink to catch the leaks. I couldn't be bothered explaining the problem any more.
The doormen are nice and helpful, but the office has always been a bit cold. The after hours lockout fee just got increase from $0 to $50 and the nice friendly rent reminders that used to be posted up outside the elevators each month stopped when the new management company took over. The view was nice, but the service was sub-standard.
